Remove dependencies

Hello ! Thanks to the debug mode I found out the English version of my e-learning module would never get marked as completed because there is a dependency existing with the French version module. When I created the English version I duplicated the French one and modified all the content that needed to be.

Now I don't know how to fully remove the dependency from the English version. Because the Debug Mode window shows me that my module is always waiting for the validation of the French module to be completed. I'd really appreciate some help for that.

If you select the French version in Producer you should be able to see the Content References and see if anything is linking to it that way. In case it is due to the fact you duplicated the English Version from the French Version (which shouldn't matter, but maybe templates, like Kristina says) you could try removing the Duplication Source and Duplication Master and see if that makes a difference.

first - well done to find those dependencies!

What I would try first is check if there are any links you can find. Links to the French version, that is.

Then check if maybe one of the dependent book pages is used as template.

Anything like that creates a dependency.
