Remove blank lightbox pop-up in SAP Companion

Hello,

I have a blank lightbox pop-up that appears when I access the help features, how can I disable or remove the lightbox pop-up?

I sometimes see this where there is some SAP-standard content that is set to display (such as Quick Start/Tour, etc) but it can't actually reach that content to display it (usually because of connection or authentication issues). Try setting enableQuickTourSupport=false and see if that helps (it may not, depending on exactly what is making these 'announcements'.

Hi,

It is probably a link tile that has been set to auto start.  To turn it off:

1. Open SAP Companion and click the editing pencil to go into editing mode
2. Open the relevant link tile for editing
3. Open the Link section of properties and turn off the Show as Announcement setting
4. Save the change and publish the content
