Reminder email to Trainers/Supervisors for accumulation of 1650 Training Hours

Dear Team,

I have a requirement on LMS, There is training for On Job Training at Production area which has to be captured for the Internal employees with 1650 accumulated hours.

Remind email notification to be sent to the trainers/supervisors once trainee completes/ accumulates 1650 hours of the training.

Hi anipeddy,

You can setup an item with the required segments. The instructor conducting the training can use record learning to mark the completions or an admin can do the same as well (depending on the item segment completion)

Within the item have a setup for follow up evaluation survey setup. Once the item is completed then the supervisor/instructor will receive notification to evaluate the training completed by the user.

OR

You can setup a requirement. Choose (Total number of hours) within that mention the number of hours of learning you want the user to have. Once this criteria is met, the item will get recorded for the user.
