Relief as custom field in Employee Time

I have created a custom user field (Relief) in the Employee Time UI. Using the Absence Validation rule, how do I create a rule that will identify and raise a warning message if the Relief is on leave when the user is creating time off.

Hi,  Raise message option for absence validation is possible through Take rules.
