When is the specific date for the SAP Enable Now 2111 Whats New Release be available in the preview instance? How about in Production?

Hi Pia,

Preview was released on October 18, 2021.

Release to customer is planned for November 12, 2021. (But dates can change and you get notified once is available.)

Preview is available now (at least for some customers - I've seen it for all of my clients). The relevant contact in your organization should have received an email.

All things being equal I believe the production release is expected the weekend of 13th/14th November (it was rumored as "mid-November" and is usually 4 weeks after the preview is available).
