Hello, Does anyone rehire employees with a new profile and new pay number and not re activate the old inactive profile?
Our rehires are re activating the old pay number and causing issues with Tax, National Insurance and Pension.
We have been told we can't use the "Rehire with new employment feature" but in HR SAP before moving to Success Factors we used to be able to rehire and create a new record by ignoring the match in National insurance number.
We are interested in how others are rehiring employee's. Any feedback will be much appreciated.
