Rehire in Onboarding

Hi team,

My name is Miriam and I would like to ask you a question about rehire in onboarding.

Is there a way for Onboarding to detect a Rehire coming from an external Recruiting system?

There is, there is a rehire clause in the first call from the external ats to SF, where it can check on:
- first name
- last name
- date of birth
- national id
(any given combo of them to be fair so you wouldn't need to have all).

What about if the client does not have EC module? Do you think this option will work?

Doubtful. You'd then better do a query on User with an API call to see if someone matches the first and last name stored in your ATS so that you can take the ID of that user.
