Regsitered but not applied Candidate data

Hi Experts,

In SAP E Recruiting, is it feasible to fetch the data of candidates who have Registered or Confirmed their E Mail address but have not applied against any vacancy yet.

We need to send reminder mail to such candidates to complete their data & apply to postings.

Do we have any standard report to fetch data of such candidates in ECC 6.

Hello Puneet,

I dont think there is any standared report available. However, if one needs to find out the candidates who have not applied to any job posting, we can check if the relatioship between the objects (NA -> NE) in HRP1001 table.

Once you have the NA obejcts which are without any NE relationships, you can find their assocaited BP's to check their names and email ids.

Hi Puneet,

If you want to send reminders to the candidates for complete their registration i.e. validating link send to there registered Email-Id,

from Recruiter Dashboard you can get the list of candidates from "Open Registration" under TRM Activity from here you can send Reminder / confirmation mails again.

If you want a list of candidates without assignments you can use the recruiter role and application "Candidate Search". Don't give input and in the output list you can filter on candidates with 0 assignments.

This will get slow if you have a lot of candidates after a while but it's a standard solution. Otherwise I think you'll have to develop a custom application
