Hi,
In below refresh i.e. Update worksheet options
can you please confirm what it means 'External' in the checkbox option. I suppose Active and Inactive can be determined with UDF file, but for 'External' please confirm, from where and how the system determines external population:
Changes in Eligibility:
Update worksheet to reflect any employee’s eligibility changes. Reapply defined eligibility rules before updating worksheet. Exclude the following employees from the eligibility rule application. Inactive External |

External in this scenario refers to users that are not employees in your instance. This could be contingent workers or applicants in the recruitment process. It could also be external users for LMS. In essentially all scenarios I can think of you would always exclude external employees which is why the box is checked by default.
