Reg Structural authorization for E-rec

Scenario -1:

I Created a structural authorization in OOSP & OOSB for the recruiter user
with the evaluation path O_O_S_C. and assigned the SAP_ALL role in SU01 for the
same user.

I am unable to maintain IT1001 in T-code PP01 in R/3 at the time of structural authorization
maintained for the User. Its showing the error as ‘No Authorization’ . How to overcome at the time of structural authorization.



Scenario - 2:

 
I maintained the ‘all’ structural authorization for the recruiter user and
assigned the SAP_ALL role in SU01 for the same user. Its working fine.


Could you Please provide the solution to overcome from the current error which
given in scenario 1.
