Please help if you have dealt with referral bonus related topics.
1. Is there any linkage between referral bonus amount and compensation?
2. Can referral bonus be auto-generated depending on position job grade?
If not,
3. Are there any ways to control the referral bonus to be paid after passing the probation period?

If you have Employee Central enabled in your instance, there is a way to set the referral bonus up in the Employee's One-Time-Payments. This portal can be linked to the compensation module using EC-integrated compensation. This can be particularly helpful if you are looking to include it on statements. In addition, there are rules that can be set to ensure a bonus does not become effective until the probation period has ended. The limitation is that if someone leaves, it often has to be manually removed from the employee who referred's profile.
If you do not have EC, there are some option in Compensation alone. My suggestion would be to add it as a one time bonus field with a date field that works as the "Effective Date".
