Hi gurus
When we send employees from our HR system to E-recruitment all users get created from the reference user RCF_CAND_INT which has the roles required for them to apply for jobs, etc.
However, a large number of employees also perform recruitment and so they need a couple of additional roles. We could use another standard reference user (or I guess we can create our own?).
But how do I tell ALE which reference user is the right one for each person?

I found the customizing point for table T77RCF_ROLE2SUB, but I don't see how it helps.
Can all employees in standard only get RCF_CAND_INT?

Yes, that is hard-coded. They either get the reference user assignment 1 for employees or 2 for external candidates from table T77RCF_ROLES. If it is eg. a recruiter and you want to assign reference user RCF_RECRUIT to that user, you will have to adopt it later in SU01.
