Hello,
Currently I am unable to access the Manager, I am getting this message:
(It says: This page is not working at the moment. (URL) has redirected it too often. Try deleting your cookies.)
Deleting the cookies, changing the browser or using the browser's incognito mode did not help.
Have any of you had the same problem or any possible ideas as to where this is coming from? Do I need to contact SAP support?

Hopefully this issue is resolved but if not I suspect that the issue is related to SSO within your organization. Please ask your IT team to take a look and see if they can identify the issue and if not realize an SAP support ticket using the Component ID KM-SEN-MGR for further help.

This also happens when your Cloud SEN instance has been shut down, such as when your license has expired and you have not renewed. You get a month or two of grace period, along with automated messages to the SEN "owner" (the person who signed the purchase contract for SEN at your organization), but if you don't renew your subscription, your SEN instance will be taken offline, resulting in this message. It's not a very helpful message, as it does not indicate what the problem is.
