redirect cc role not working

Hello redirect cc role is not working as I dont see the link in the email notification. Why is this the case. Other question: is it possible for the approve the workflow in the mail without logging in in the system ?

Dear marko_crvenkov_94,

As per my knowledge, it is not possible to approve the workflow via email. You will have to login to the system for the same.

Regarding your first question, could you please provide some more details regarding the same, as it is not clear with the provided details?

Thank you for your question.

You need to go to the transaction "Email Notification Template Settings", search for the template "Workflow Action Approval Notification" and add the following token: [[VIEW_LINK]]

Below is an image of the template that I am referring to and the token added (image from demo for your reference only).
