Recruitment data transfer to PA

Hi All,

When I transfer applicant data from Recruitment module to PA (PBA7 or Hire Applicant action), not all the expected infotypes are copied.

For instance, we use several subtypes of Address , but only 1 subtype is transferred.

Same case with Education. Not all Education subytpes are getting copied.Only 2 records got copied when I maintained 3 records.

In Infogroup I maintained all subytpes when transferring master data. Please let me know how to solve this issue.

Dear ,

Kindly be informed that while maintaing initial data of the applicant you should check the box for FURTHER DATA.

It will help you maintain the data in details and for more subtypes.

Plz check once.

Thanks Priyanka, Aru and all the my dear friends raise a note with OSS and they said it is standard system picks only 1 record during transfer...and thsi is done by ALE...and modifications can be done to adjustment through PFAL..

Did you check Infogroup modifier and User Group Dependency on Menus and Info Groups?

Yes dear I did maintain all infotypes and subtypes in Infogroup still only few records are getting transferred...

I hope PAPLI switch is on and you have executed PBA8 also, if no, check that.

But I think the subtypes wont update while transferring Applicant data to Master data.

Is IT0006 comes again end of the process (means does any ifotype comes more than one time?)

Hi jinu,

yes PAPLI feature is maintained and all the features are maintained...

After execution of PBA8 complete master got uploaded except some address & Education subtypes..

During the action, is the Addrs and Edu infotypes come more than one time?

Because, whatever infotypes that updates in PA30 can be visible at the time of transfer, and you can make any changes if required. If you maintain different records in an infotype (i.e subtypes), it should show more than one time. Otherwise, I think it will update only the primary subtype (the subtype that shows).

Let us wait for experts opinion.

yes but client dosenot want to maintain manually, they want that data to be transferred from directly from recruitment module only..

recruitment experts....any inputs plz...

It's not a solution, but if u r not geting further response, check wheather any BDC helps here or not.

This is standard Functionality how can create a BDC for this..i would like to know if anybody came across this scenario

Hi,

We have got the same error and raised to SAP and according to them we can only transfer one subtype (latest one) while transferring the data and this is standard.
