Recruitment - Advertisement Number Range

Dear Recruitment Experts,

Using tcode PBAW, advertisement number will be generated. Can anybody let me know where to configure Advertisment number.

Please note im not talking about applicant number, it is Advertisement number. If we clickon Next Free Advertisement number new number will be generated. I wanted to wehre to configure this advertisement number.

Hi,

It is true that advertisement number is standard generated in RC module and not from any object driven.

Even if you create a custom object then in advertisement screen you need to have some development again in the generate advertisement screen. so ask the client what he wants to do with maintaining number ranges as there is no SAP Standard solution.

Hi,

For Object type only you will get Number ranges right means You need to Develop "Z Object type" Should Maintain Num,ber ranges EX or IN through "&&Z1" here Z1deamed as new object type. If you create any Object type you should provide Storng business process which is not done through Standard SAP. Check Impact of business and after coustomized how much percentage utilization of Business because it refelct your coustomization time and budget also

By Default this Advertisement number will be picked up the system.I think SAP has never given any specific configurations for this.Ask your ABAP Consultant to debug it and check where the value is picking from.
