Recruiting - scheduling table reports

Hello,

When trying to schedule Table report for user XYZ the notification about new report instance being ready is:

-  NOT send out to user X, but report's creator

- it's not possible to download the report from the notification. Report's creator needs to go to SF, download it and share with user X.

Have you found any workarounds to those issues?

For the reports scheduled from report center owner of the schedule can alone download the report from "My Jobs" section, users that are added as recipients can only get the notification about the start and completion of the schedule.
