Hello,
We are looking for a way to restrict managers from creating job requisitions for higher-level positions. Currently, it is possible for a manager to create a requisition not only for their direct reports but also for positions at the same level or even for their own manager's role.
From a business perspective, the goal is to ensure that managers can only initiate job requisitions for their direct reports—excluding positions above them, at the same level, or their own role.
This requirement is very important for our client, so we would highly appreciate any possible solution. Is there a way to enforce this restriction through permissions or configuration settings? Alternatively, is there an existing rule or at least a workaround that could help achieve this goal?
