Recruiting Module without Employee Central - EP

Dear Community hello,

Is it possible to implement Recruiting Module without Employee Central? More specifically, we believe that UDF from EC is necessary so as users to log in the Recruiting module.

Is there any related material/guides for Recruiting Hybrid Model?
