Dear Community,
A customer has a company with five different subsidiaries / brands. Each subsidiary / brand should have access to the recruiting management. However, they should not be able to see each other's applicants or jobs. How do I do this with the permissions?
Do I create a separate job requisition template for each company?

Hi @Ri2 ,
To effectively manage recruitment across multiple brands, it is essential to create distinct Job Requisition (Job Req) templates for each brand and establish separate recruiter groups for each. This will ensure that recruiters are assigned specific job req templates and have restricted access to the respective brand’s requisitions and candidates.
You can implement this by creating five distinct recruiting groups, one for each brand, and assigning each group to a corresponding Job Req template. This setup ensures that recruiters will only have visibility and access to the job requisitions and candidates for their assigned brand.
However, it is important to note that in the general candidate database, recruiters will have access to all candidate profiles. While full restriction of candidate profile visibility is not possible, a filtering option within the database may help limit recruiters' access to only those profiles relevant to their assigned brand.
This approach will help streamline the recruitment process by preventing recruiters from accessing job reqs and candidates outside their designated brand, while still maintaining a level of flexibility through filtering in the candidate database.
Hope this clear!! kindly let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
kr,
karthick.
