Recruiting Email Triggers - recipients

Hi,

is there any way to edit Recipients for email trigger?

For some of the trigger like: 

• Interview Cancellation to Organisers
• Booked Interview Cancellation to Organisers

there is no option to edit recipients.

Recipients are grey out. 

Is there any way to make them editable

I was looking for a similar workaround for a new hire email. When a former employee is rehired, the new hire email is sent to their former manager versus their new manager.
