we have some questions related to "Data purge" about Job Application and Candidates. We have scheduled a job to purge these data and we have followed this KBA https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/2103423.
In particular we need to better understand the following points:
1) what is the difference between approving the entire series or not approving it (so the different to click or not on the option to approve the whole series)
2) what happens after the 14 days that a pending approval request is neither approved nor rejected?
3) is it possible, once the report is scheduled, to have an automatic cancellation without the need to approve?
