In our organisation we have to do blind sifting.

Hey, is this still something you are trying to achieve in SAP currently? Our company plugs into your system and enables anonymisation of candidate details until your chosen review point. We integrate with SAP SuccessFactors and I'd be open to discussing the challenges you're facing if this is still a concern?

As you can see on KBA 2946125  , currently there is no feature available to meet this requirement, but there is an active enhancement request on Customer Influence Page with more than 100 votes and that will receive an update on Q4 2024.

Please start to follow this Improvement Request so you'll be able to know when this request will be acknowledged and when it will be implemented by SAP Team.

Hi Thiago, we partner with SAP to deliver this function in the front & back-end. We deliver this through the API's and have a number of SAP customers using this function already.
