We have requirements from clients where they need Agencies to send more data than what is available in the agency portal:
2. If internal and external job descriptions differ, which job description does the agency posting take? Can Recruiter select which job description to share with which agency?
3. Lastly, does the job have to be posted externally, internally, or both for the job posting to be shared with an agency?
Request clarification before answering.
Can the fields on the Submit Candidate page in the agency portal be customized?
→ No, the standard agency portal is not customizable. You cannot add or remove fields from this portal. However, if additional data is required, you can build a custom agency portal using a BTP (Business Technology Platform) solution. Once candidate data is submitted through the standard agency portal, you can collect the additional data from the agency user at a specific stage via the custom portal created using BTP.
If internal and external job descriptions differ, which job description does the agency posting use? Can recruiters select which job description to share with each agency?
→ The external job description will always be shown on the standard agency portal, since agencies are external vendors. Recruiters cannot choose which job description to share with the agency.
Does the job have to be posted externally, internally, or both in order to be shared with an agency?
→ You can post the job only on the agency portal to receive candidates via the agency portal. External and internal postings are optional.
Thanks,
Sanjeet
