Recruiter Dashboard

Hi,

In the recruiter dashboard for a requisition we have several columns like Applied, Submitted , Orientation & Testing, Interview Phase, Offer Phase, Declined Candidates and All.

Any idea from which table these columns are getting the values. Checked HRP5135 and HRP5137 but couldnt find.

Also whats the difference between Applied and Submitted.

Hi Siriam,

The process are named as you defined them in T77RCF_ACT_PRO. Once you create an activity which is assigned to a particular process (VV77RCF_ACT2PROC) the candidacy is moved to that process.
