Recruiter able to see all job requisition even when they are removed - SuccessFactors Recruiting

Hi,

In SuccessFactors Recruiting, after a recruiter is transferred from one Legal Entity to another, he/she is still able to see all the old requisitions. In this case, we suggested to user 'Reassign Job Requisition' to other relavant recruiter and also remove the user from the Recruiting Team in the job requisition as well as from the personal preferences of the operators.

Since this involves quite a bit manual work, please let us know if there is any other way to avoid this.

As far as I see, this case there is no automatic option, instead you have to manually 8re)assign the Job req to another recruiter, like you mentioned already.

abishegsuresh I know you did some automations based on your Blog, so can you please confirm that there is no other option?
