Recording Web Browser Edge

Hello

I have a question regarding recording Web Applications like Edge.

I activated the Enablement Assistant in Edge and set the display setting to 100 %.

I also also enabled Java Scripting in Edge. But unfortunately it does not work and I still get the warning message (see attachment).

Please check also together with your IT the needed Antivirus configuration described here:

If this is not helpful at all please ask your IT to send us an incident to KM-WPB-MGR

Hi Pascal,

it looks like everything is set up correctly. Did you restart the Producer, Edge, and maybe even your laptop? Sometimes the changes to the settings only take effect after a restart.

Could anything be blocking the recognition, like a citrix environment?
