Recorded Time not updating

Hello everyone, 

We are currently encountering an issue with the Recorded Time in the Time Sheet. Although the clock-in and clock-out entries are being correctly integrated from the external system and are visible under the Time Events section, the Recorded Time is not being updated accordingly.

I have reviewed the relevant SAP Note (3253532 - No time recording can be found in Time Sheet UI even though the time events are paired successfully), and in this case, the External Time Data under Manage Data is showing a status of "Processed", which suggests the integration was successful. Furthermore, the user does not have any time alerts or related issues that might explain the problem.

At this point, it's unclear what is preventing the Recorded Time from being reflected accurately. Any insights or guidance would be appreciated.

Have you configured the synchronization of the time events?
