One of our teams is looking into migrating to the SuccessFactors LMS, some of the training content they have created so far in other platforms. The ask is if there is a way to record in the SF LMS the output of the in-person interviews they hold periodically when they want to qualify employees for certain skill levels. The need is mainly to record the interview outcome in the LMS(namely that employee X has successfully qualified for the X level of the X skill), but it would be also great, if possible, to include the interview questions as a preparation. Is this possible. I was wondering if maybe the ‘checklist’ option or ‘on-the-job’ training could work in this case? I’m not that familiar with these types of items, so hope you can guide us on whether we can make this work and what would be the best way to upload these completion data in the system. Thanks!

Rohini, this sounds like something that would be better to be recorded in the SuccessFactors Continuous Performance module as part of someone's performance development, instead of in SuccessFactors LMS as it is not a training/learning event. You could also link these interviews back to the Skills/Competency development for the person as part of their Job Role/Position.
