Hi,
Request from my technical team, what app is recommended by SAP to download .dkp files into Enable Now?
Request clarification before answering.
You can also just drag a .dkp file from (e.g.) File Explorer and drop it onto the Producer Workarea, and that will start the import.

Hi,
.dkp files are specific to SAP Enable Now. The best way is to Import them using SAP Enable Now Producer:

Here is a link to the Manual for the 12.14.2 Import an Archive section (pg. 430).
"12.14.2 Import an Archive
You can insert an archive in the current workarea using Import Archive. This may be individual projects or customized resources, for example.
Proceed as follows, to import an archive:
1. Select the Workarea -> Import Archive... menu. The dialog box for selecting the archive.
2. Select the file and select Open.
3. The archive content is displayed to you in an overview. You can select whether you would like to import all the archive content or only a part of it.
4. Select OK to insert the files in your workarea. Learning content inserted by importing the archive are filed as unsorted objects and can then be assigned to the project structure. If the same resources or learning content already exist in the workarea, you are alerted to this and asked whether they are to be overwritten or duplicated."
