After the hiring manager has successfully submitted the recommended people task, the name of the person is now visible for the new hire under Your Onboarding Guide card > Recommended People. We also tried assigning all permissions that are possible to assign to the Onboarding-ExternalUser-Role and it´s still not possible for the New Hire to see any Name of Recommended People under Your Onboarding Guide card, so it can´t be a permission issue.
