Dear Experts,
How can we configure that the system admin see all Job Requisitions in the system? At the moment we proxy to the recruiters if we need to have a look at a Job Req, but this is not the best approach.
Does it have to be configured on the Job Requisition Data Model in Provisioning or can we set it in Admin Center?
Best regards,
Maté

There is a second step as well,
via Manage Recruiting Groups you should be able to have a group called Corporate Recruiters and add in the individuals in this group and then tie it back to:

Manage Recruiting Team settings and under this you would select the appropriate Job Req Template and then choose your Corp Recruiter group on the following setting: this will default the group you created to be apart of each and every requisition.

Hi Ashlyn,
Thank you very much for your very detailed and quick answer. We already have an existing system admin role and I´d like to add the permission so they can see all Job Requisitions in the Recruiting Module.
I added my user now to the Recruiting Groups and Teams to the Standard Job Requisitions but I still can´t see any job requisitions created by other users.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to see all past requisitions, without manually going and adding yourself to the requisitions yourself as an additional recruiter:

If you did the RBP and added the groups, then this will default any GOING FORWARD so that you will see them, but will not update any in the past, you will have to do this manually.

You should be able to set this up via Role Based Permissions. You would need to set the role up with the following definition and then set a group up to target the role to and include the Admins in the group.
