Hi,
If a requisition is created on a position and being recruited for, CAN a person still use that position to transfer someone into NOT through recruiting. Should the fact that the requisition is attached to the position not allow someone to transfer another person into it UNLESS they have gone through recruitment as a candidate and being transferred through the recruitment process. Is there standard functionality for this or would be it something custom.

Hi Jane,
There are no safeguards in place on the position when it has an open requisition associated.
Users can modify/edit the position properties or transfer/hire other employees into the position.
As far as I'm aware, this will need to be handled as a training issue for the user to recognize the requisition icon on the position to prevent these sort of conflicts.
