RCM Recruitment - Email notification when candidate status changes

Hi,

I have a question about the email notification system for RCM candidate statuses. When we receive a candidate from an agency in our "Forwarded" bucket, we move them to the "Invited to Apply" bucket, which triggers an email prompting the candidate to complete their application.

Subsequently, we move them to the "Interview" bucket. However, there are instances where candidates are moved to the "Interview" bucket before they have completed their application.

To address this, we would like to implement an automatic reminder email for any agency candidate who has not completed their application. This reminder would prompt them to finish/complete the application process.

Currently, I am unable to find an option to add conditional logic to the email notifications. We do not want every candidate moved to the "Interview" bucket to receive this reminder, only those who still need to complete their application.
