RCM Job Application picklist value

RCM Job Application picklist value  modified but still showing old values  in application drop down for candidate. And newly added values also not showing. How we can update it.Tried available all method but not working.

It sounds like I encountered a similar issue recently, where the picklist ID and Legacy picklist ID were different. In your case, you initially used the picklist ID in the XML code, but the picklist values weren’t flowing correctly. After switching to the Legacy Picklist ID, it worked.

I recommend trying this approach to see if it resolves the issue for you as well.
