Hello, from our US Recruiting we received the requirement of adding Disposition codes in to RCM (due to reporting needs). We were informed this could be achieved by adding them into the candidate pipeline. At the moment, we have one global candidate pipeline. Some of the codes are quite US specific. I am wondering if anyone had similar requirement and with having global reach including US preference. How did you approach this?
Did you implement a US specific pipeline? or you harmonized it into one pipeline with accommodating the needs of US?
