RCM_Competencies not getting updated in Job Requisitions

Hello All

We are in process of updating competencies to Job requisitions in languages such as Dutch, Norway and Sweden along with EN UK.

After translation /updating text for competencies I found that it is not in sync and competencies are not getting udpated in job requistions. Any solution. Pl guide.

Hello, ritanshi12 ,

For syncing the competencies of Job Profile to Manage Data, please follow:

1. Go to: Manage Job Profiles
2. Search for Job Profile
3. Click in the Job Profile
4. Click: Next
5. Click: I'm Done

At this point the competencies should be in Manage Data, then create a new Job Requisition.

In case you have more Job Profiles where the competencies are not in Manage Data, please export and import the Job Profiles to sync.

1. Go to: Manage Job Profile Content Import/Export
2. Download Data Import File Template: Job Profile
3. Fill the download template with existing data? click: Yes
4. Import the file
