Hello Team,
We build a business rule at Manage Rules in Recruiting->Job Application->Template-level Rules->Rule for Background Check and comparing the value job application template. background check results. Completed is equal to Yes.
Upon completion of background check, the rule is not triggering.
Could some hep us if any thing is missing from our side.
Thanks and regards
Narayana

Hello Neeraj,
Thanks for the update!
We followed the same steps mentioned in Setting an Example Job Application Business Rule for Background Checks | SAP Help Portal while creating the business rule.
as per analysis, the business rule is not triggering upon completion of BG check and vendors post the results back to recruiting system.
can you please let us know how and when the value "yes"/No will be populated into completed field job application template. background check results. Completed =yes
Thanks and regards
