RCM and RMK usage/compatibility question

Hi Experts,

For context, there are two companies using the instance/tenant.

In the current setup (RCM), they each have their own External Career Sites. One, the default, the other is a microsite for the other company/subsidiary.

Now, only one company is ready for RMK so we are setting it up for them. They have their own brand.

The problem we are having, and the one I want to consult you on is, the RMK design is bleeding over to both microsites, not just the default one.

I guess this is the correct behavior but I have a few questions:

1) Is there a way to isolate RMK to only the default External Career SIte?

2) Confirmation that this is not doable

Apologies if I'm misunderstanding- I am unsure if you're inquiring about the RMK separation at the integrated platform level or for RMK posting separately.

My response is regarding contingency options you might be able to explore for RMK posting for external candidates.

We have mult subsidiaries posted to a single, consolidated external Corp RMK posting site. Each then has separate RMK instances (application compliance requirements etc dictated by requisition alignment), which are then handled through whichever entity has been officially "applied" to. Candidates go through the old "RCM" candidate mgmt process with our talent teams specific to the entity and candidates are processed through our integrated platform from there. 

We have a boutique subsidiary (technology) that has elected to utilize a posting platform via Career Builder integration, which scrapes the Corp and entity specific sites (collab and entity specific) and pulls just the jobs for that group elsewhere for spotlight featuring. This was the only way to get their posts exclusively branded outside Corp specific and Entity specific RMK.

Thank you for answering. So, Company A will be using RCM for the HR Management Side, then use RMK for External Facing/Career Site. Company B will be using RCM for the HR Management side, but wants to use the old/standard/native RCM Career Site (They are not ready to move to RMK).

We do not know if this is possible. As far as we can see and experience, RMK is bleeding over to the standard/native RCM Career Site.
