RBPs Nightmare with Reporting

Hello guys,

I inherited a SF instance, I'm trying to build a Report to pull two values I see on employee's profiles.

Their IDs, called "OneID" and their hire dates... along with some other fields (Names etc etc etc).
The report pulls all other fields just fine except for:
Hire Dates and the so called OneID.

The RBP already has OneID as view..... there is also one thing that is odd to me.
The person with his new RBP running this report, cannot see his\her own OneID displayed on the report... I guess this means that this instance Employee on Self RBP is not giving you access to view your own OneID in the reports? (right).

I'm looking for tips in order to troubleshoot this.... Of course, as the Admin, I have an HRIS permission that allows me to pull the report just fine with all the fields.

I have been using the troubleshooting comparison Tool, OneID is there in both permissions already.

The field I was looking for, is not part of the  Global Job Informaton Section (odd because the Canvas report Query, shows that field is grabbed from there). 

Anyhow it seems this ID Field is being pulled from Biographical Info section. (despite the Canvas Report showing no indication of Biographical Information being involved in the report).

After adding it to the RBP, the field became visible.
