I am trying to understand from a security and controls perspective why the following permissions are required by my payroll team based on my simple understanding of them.
- Payroll control center configuration - allows user to configure PCC solution
- SAP system configuration - allows user to configure ECP parameters
- Payroll system assignment - allows user to assign payroll systems to target user
All three of these appear to be access I would want to restrict from my payroll team for segregation of duty purposes but I am being told that this is required to do their job with no further explanation. Please help me understand these permissions.
