RBP not updating users members

Hi All,

I would like to ask a question if anyone came across this issue in SF.

We have a field in SF on JOb information called PMGM. On the basis of this, we created a permission role to give access to the Performance management module for employees. In Permission Group we created a people pool which is set up to Yes. The issue here is that we are only seeing around 90 members in this group. When I run a report I am getting around 390 members have yee set up in this fileld. I run the RBP refresh in provisioning and check the job Realtime Refresh DG Membership and this did not update my member list.

The only way to update the membership list is to go and update the job information for the user in the Job info section. This solution seems to work. But we have about 300+ members and we dot want to do that for them all manually.

Does anyone have any idea what else I should try to update the Active Group Members?
