Ratings on Compensation Worksheet appearing in Decimals (Standard Integration of PM & Comp)

Hi All,

Our Compensation form pulls ratings from the performance forms, However the Performance rating is displayed in decimals without label on the compensation worksheets, but only for a few users. The rating scale applied in the performance form section(Competency) which we want to pull and in Compensation rating source setting is same. The type is set to default in Compensation. We had the same issue last year but it was automatically solved so we could find the root cause as we couldn't replicate it and this year its the same. Has anybody faced this issue before.

Kind Note: We are not using Matrix grid scale anywhere in PM.

@xavierlegarrec  Would be great if you share your thoughts or experience on the same in case you have also faced this issue in the past or have seen customers raising this.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @bankarmanokam29

Please find below the reply from our product team :

Rating type should not be default in comp. If rating is pulled from overall competency section then comp configuration should point to it specifically.

Let me know if it fixes the issue after you change default and then relaunch worksheets.

Thanks

Xavier

Hi @xavierlegarrec , Thanks for your response.

The config with default works in test system, but only not in production. I will check in test assigning the Rating type to competency and review if there is any difference (As we cannot relaunch forms in Production now)

Side Note, we have 2 Competency section with different rating scales in PM.

I will try your solution in Test and check.

However I still wonder how it worked with Default rating scale last year. Something interesting to investigate from our side 😉

Thanks in advance!

Regards,

Mano
