Hello community,
I`m curious about what other companies do with the Performance Rating distribution after the Annual Review process. We are using bell curve distribution guidelines to ensure a consistent rating approach across managers & departments as well as to ensure the target distribution guideline & average rating have been met. However, it doesn`t seem to be a good distribution since we tend to have a positive skew for three years in a row. Can you share what your process looks like? Do you still use a Rating distribution guideline and if so what is the distribution?
