"Start Course" action is not visible

Hello!

Users are experiencing difficulty starting an online course as the "Start Course" action is not visible. What steps should be taken to resolve this issue?

Hi Sofia,

can you please check if the option "Content is available for launch (available for users)" under Item -> "Online Content" tab -> Settings -> "Launch" tab is set to ON?

Confirm there is a content object listed in the "Online Content" tab of the item.

Make sure the content is "Content is available for launch" in the online settings area.

Then check the content object and make sure that "Content Object is active" and "Content Object is online"

Hi sofiawepmangonzalez,

Could you please clarify if that button is not available when browsing items in library or when the course is assigned to the user? In that case, the User is missing the following workflow from their User role - "Add to Learning Assignments"

If this is a different context, please share more details.
