Hi everyone,
I've noticed a confusing problem. When employees act as a delegate in learning, they get a exclamation mark saying there are open actions, even if there are no actions pending. I have realized this is only happening when the user they are acting as a delegate for still has open learnings on their assignment plan. However, the delegatee has no permissions to complete the learning for someone else (set correctly in the user_proxy role) which is correct in light of compliance rules.
Has anybody an idea how we could get rid of the exclamation mark?
