"Confirm order" is not allowed (ORD P2102047464) Message No. BS027

We recently upgraded from ECC 6 EHP5 to EHP7. While maintaining timesheet through CAT2, system is giving message that:

"Confirm order" is not allowed (ORD P2102047464)

Message No. BS027

Diagnosis

System error: An invalid transaction was used to check whether or not a business transaction is allowed. The transaction 'Confirm order' is not allowed for object type 'Internal order'.

System Response

You cannot carry out the requested function for object ORD P2102047464.

Procedure

Please contact your system administrator.

however this Order # is in "REL" status.

Couple things:

1. click "allowed transactions" on the order to see if it will accept confirmations

2. the order listed above is statistical so the posting will need to post to a "real" cost object such as a cost center

Issue has been resolved after implementing SAP Note 2630255-CAT2 transaction throws error BS027 (BT RMRU).
