Hello !
I have a question about a specific quiz project setting. We ran many tests on our LMS to see if our modules once completed, enable the LMS to send a certification. One of this module works perfectly fine, however the second one (which is the same as the first but in another language) fails to deliver certification of success.
I just found one difference between the two modules in the quiz project : the minimum score required setting. As you can see on the screenshots, on the Simulation Start section, the minimum score required is set at 80% (so 7 questions rights on a total of 😎 while on the Quiz Evaluation it is set at 75% (6 questions rights).
Is it possible that this difference in settings within the same quiz project is the reason why the LMS fails to track the score and validate our module ?
Thank you very much for your help, it is getting really difficult to find where the error is.

Thank you for your answer. It helps a lot !
What is scorm.cloud? Do you have an url to access it?

I'm curious what other SEN Community members bring/offer. There are probably others, this one is free but does have a size limit. I have used it in the past - but confess, Scorm isn't my favorite topic and we don't use it much at my company with SEN.

Hi Irina,
yes, I agree - with these things it takes a lot of testing to find the errors.
I'd say that the SCORM should take the start macro value only, so that's the 80% in your first screenshot. If you take out the checkbox for "send track completion", the Quiz evaluation is only displayed in that quiz result screen, so it shouldn't have an impact on the overall score.
I would also look for any links that may be in the quiz and maybe you can also try this export in scorm.cloud to check what it sends back as a score.
Hope this helps!
Take care,
Kristina
