Questionnaire reports

Hi

We have a requirement to display aggregated reports on the questionnaire replies from candidates.

Examples:

1. How many candidates answered "Yes" to a specific question.
2. How many candidates selected option A, B, C... on multiple choice question.

Our BW experts are already looking into getting this into BW using the same extractor as for appraisels, since it is the same kind of documents.

My questions are:

1. Is there really no stand BW content for this?
2. is there no standard reporting for this in SAP E-recruitment?

I was not able to find anything.

Hi Aage,

Yes you can report on appraisal results using transaction PHAP_SEARCH. Select the template matching the questionnaire and execute. Then, click on the Reporting button. You can export all the results to Excel.

You can also enhance the reporting options using BAdI HRHAP00_REPORTING.

This solves our immediate need for reporting on these data. We will still look into getting it into BW for better reports.
