Questionnaire after requisition is closed

Hello Experts

I am exploring an option whether is it possible that system will trigger a Questionnaire to the hiring manager of the particular requisition after we close. Idea behind that is after we close this requisition we want to take the feedback of the recruitment cycle of that particular requisition happened.

Hi Vijay,

One of my clients is using the same scenario. An additional role has been defined- only for the purpose of sending the questionnaire/survey.

While assigning the roles under Support team, this role assignment is additionally created for the team member/s from whom you intend to collect the feedback; in your case Hiring Manager.

Once the requisition is closed, system picks up the list of members assigned to that requisition with the above role and sends the questionnaire via e-mail.

Was there any workflow to be build or any thing.

Was there any custom development required and how.
